There are several UK Regional burns and events.  You can find more details from their websites:

• Burning Nest A celebration of the human spirit, overflowing with Burner values. Come home to this yearly Burn, held in the south west of England  every summer. Discussion, information and membership all available here!
• MicroBurn A not-for-profit community hosting a burn every September in Wales. We started in the North of England and hope to continue develop Burner Events in our local communities. 
• London Decompression  A community members' organisation that helps people decompress after a summer of burn events.  We host a big party for our members in the Autumn, bringing a little bit of that playa magic to London. You’ll find all kinds of music, plus a variety of art installations and performers. Theme camps run the different rooms, so there should be something for every taste and mood.
