Welcome to the Regionals page for Nova Scotia, Canada!!

I'm Spitfyre, your friendly and helpful ambassador for the Maritime area of Canada. While technically, I am responsible for Nova Scotia, I am happy to help out anyone in the Canadian maritime area! So, welcome to our part of the world and we look forward to meeting you and we invite your involvement with all matters related to Burning Man whether this will be your first time, or you are new to the area and looking to connect with the local community.

Our local burner community dates back to the mid '90's and over the years our community has grown significantly. I started going to Burning Man in 2005 and haven't missed a year yet! We have a wonderful group of experienced burners here in the Maritimes and I'm sure you will be welcomed warmly.

Based in Halifax, this group tries to meet monthly. We change the venue each month to keep it interesting. At present, we don't have a set date each month, preferring to keep it loose and work around the availability of those able to attend. I look forward to meeting you, so feel free to come out and pick our brains! For those of you not in the Halifax area, we can Skype you into our gathering so you can meet new faces and get your questions answered.
