The Third Degree

The Third Degree is an intimate burn with only 350 adults inhabiting the beautiful coastal bushland of central New South Wales. Built from the ground up with a strong push for inclusion, children and teens have always been encouraged at this burn, and often have theme camps built by and for themselves. The site includes a swimming hole, gorgeous views, and actual plumbing! In addition to the ubiquitous portaloos, we have toilet blocks that are open for specific hours each day, and there’s potable water to most camping areas. We have a bunkhouse available to overseas visitors who are more challenged in their self-reliance. With an abundance of art and communal effort, we all help create a comfortable, relaxed and supportive atmosphere which helps everyone to express their best and most playful selves.
