July GA Burners )'( Meet-n-Greet

Join us Saturday July 19th, 4 pm – 7 pm for our monthly ATL meet n greet (Apres Diem, 931 Monroe DR NE, Atlanta GA)

The June MnG was full of new and experienced burners sharing stories from To The Moon and getting ready for Welcome Home and Burning Man! This month we will focus on preparing burners for heading to the playa in just a few weeks. If you were not able to make the acculturation event or still have questions, come join us!

Are you just curious about Burning Man, regional events or burner culture in general? If you’ve never been to one of our MnG’s before, it’s just an informal (very!) gathering of old hands, newbies, the burn-curious, and those who love them. We share stories, survival tips ‘n tricks, and keep the Burning Man spirit alive while we’re stuck in the default world.

We are once again gathering at Après Diem in Midtown this month. Après Diem has drinks both alcoholic and non-, a full menu, and comfy sofas and armchairs. It’s in the Midtown Promenade mall on Monroe Drive, so there’s ample free parking. (You do have to scan a QR code found on signs in the lot, because nothing’s ever perfectly easy.)

The side room on the left just past the bar is where we’ll gather. There may be a sign telling you that area’s closed. It’s closed because we’re there, so be a devil and ignore the sign!
