Join us at Coracle for our first year as an official regional burn!
What is Coracle? A basket shaped boat woven together to hold people and all of their gifts.
Breaking bread, howling at the moon, a warm fire, a beautiful lake, participatory music, dance, art, and theme camps await! This is a Leave No Trace event. Tent and RV camping spots available. Families are very welcome! We have an amplified sound curfew of 11pm. Our night owl activities include a short film fest projected outside, roasting of marshmallows, telling of fortunes, massage circles in the teepee, and an overnight sleep concert for dreaming. Put on your Sunday best as we take you to church on the dance floor with a bass-filled bubbly brunch. Or swing for a hole-in-one on the putting green!
2018 Coracle Art Theme: Sawubona – We see You!
Sawubona is the Zulu way to say hello. But it literally translates to “We see you.” Embedded in this greeting is the acknowledgement that seeing is a dialogue, it is a witnessing, it is an invitation to participate in each other’s lives. The collective “we” is used because our being extends beyond our singular existence to include our ancestors and divinities that live through us.
We are both honored and delighted to share Coracle with you.
A limited number of tickets are available for this intimate regional gathering!
Early entry is available for approved theme camps and art pieces, please complete your application by October 24th:
